Terms — Ni Biashara Shelves
These terms are how the API works today. They are published by Ni Biashara LLC, Dallas, Texas. They have not been separately reviewed by outside counsel. By calling a paid route, or spending a Shelf Pass, you are buying the JSON response described on that route.
The product
You get data. You do not get a payment rail, a foreign-exchange conversion, or custody of funds. The FX product is AI Money — Africa FX. Official rates are Frankfurter's blend (methodology). Street rates are derived from Bybit's public P2P book. OFAC results are deterministic matches against the U.S. Treasury lists we have loaded, stamped with that list's as_of. They are not a risk score.
Do not use a screen this way
Do not use a sanctions result as the sole basis for a decision about an individual person's credit, employment, housing, or insurance. The screen is a name or an address against a public list. It cannot see ownership.
Price
The price is the figure in the HTTP 402 for that exact URL. /shelf/fx-parallel is $0.05. /api/parallel/:pair is $0.01. A Shelf Pass (0.25 ceiling) spends credits on eligible shelves and does not cover a shelf above that ceiling.
A bad pair is rejected before payment. If you pay a URL we quoted, you are paying for that URL's response, including an honest refusal when a book is too thin to quote.
